ABOUT US
It all started with a cowl. Claire’s Cowl. Well, for some of us it did. As we tuned into watch our favorite Outlander books come to life on TV, we fell in love with the costumes and accessories. We watch, we obsess, and then we create. Since exact patterns are not available, we find things that are similar to what they are wearing in the show or we develop our own. Since we started this group, we have written and collected hundreds of patterns, some replicas, some similar.
These patterns are intended only for members of our Facebook group, which can be found here : https://www.facebook.com/groups/OutlanderPatterns/permalink/3720986487912091
Please follow the link and ask to join our group in order to get access to the patterns as well as our off topic group Stitchenachs!

I'm a single mom of two boys and two cats. I have been knitting and crocheting for about 10 years, since quitting my job as a band/strings teacher because of disabilities. I started OPC in 2014 just after the 2nd episode aired and I noticed lots of people talking about the costumes, in particular, the knitted pieces.

I'm a married mom of a daughter, and I'm a computer IT Manager at a large hospital in Boston. I've been knitting since I was 6 years old, and learned to crochet 2 years ago.

I have been crocheting for 30+ years. I am a married mom of 3, and I am a Police Dispatcher in my "spare time" at night.
